Please telephone us first on (01481) 263911 to check availability of accommodation and make a provisional booking. We will hold this for five days pending receipt of a deposit of £400 per week. On receipt of the deposit we will send you confirmation of the booking, detailing the balance which is due one month before arrival.
BOOKINGS. Mid week and weekend bookings are accepted.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES. The cottages will be available from 2pm. In order to facilitate this we would be grateful if the guests would vacate them by 10am on the day of departure. However, in the case of early arrival or late departure, guests are of course welcome to leave their luggage in the house.
HEATING. There are electric heaters in all cottages. Full oil fired central heating is available for winter bookings (cost is not included in the tariff).
BREAKAGES. Guests are requested to notify us of any breakages, damage or malfunction so that replacements or repairs may be arranged. Minor breakages will not normally be charged for, but we would point out that all damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer.
PETS. In the interest of all guests we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
GROCERY BASKET. We will be happy to purchase essential provisions for you prior to your arrival. A grocery list will be sent with the confirmation of booking. However, our local supermarket is OPEN seven days a week until 5.30pm for all daily requirements.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE. We strongly advise you to take out some form of holiday insurance in case of cancellation. We regret that we cannot refund payments unless the accommodation is relet and legally you may be liable to compensate us for any loss of revenue.
LIABILITY. The proprietors and their employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
